Round 4 - Report

The qualifying session for Round 4 was a close-fought battle, with Tobias Kantert ultimately coming out on top. Kantert set a lap time of 1:29.7 to take pole position for the race. He was closely followed by David Ward, who was just 0.198 seconds behind in second place.

Alfie Nicholls qualified in third place with a time of 1:30.2, closely followed by James Egan in fourth place who was just 0.516 seconds off Kantert's pole position time. Mark Peck qualified in fifth place with a time of 1:30.5, while Berker Sezen rounded out the top six with the same lap time.

Brian Hunter qualified in seventh place with a time of 1:30.7, followed by Shane Brauders in eighth place who was just 1.212 seconds off Kantert's pole position time. Lorenzo Oro, Chriss Lindenau, and Frank Pals completed the rest of the grid, all failing to set a lap.

Race 7:

The first race of the day at Road Atlanta saw a dominant performance by Tobias Kantert, who started from pole position and led every lap of the race to take the checkered flag. Kantert set the fastest lap of the race with a time of 1:29.6 and finished with a lead of 0.175 seconds over David Ward, who started in second place and finished in the same position.

Alfie Nicholls rounded out the podium in third place, finishing over two seconds behind the race winner. James Egan started in fourth place and finished in the same position on the road, but a post race penalty demoted him to seventh. Lorenzo Oro put in an impressive performance to finish in fourth place, having started from ninth on the grid.

Frank Pals also made up ground from his starting position of eleventh to finish in fifth place, while Berker Sezen, Shane Brauders, and Brian Hunter finished in sixth, eighth, and ninth place, respectively. Chriss Lindenau and Mark Peck completed the rest of the grid, but were unable to finish the race due crashes.

Race 8:

The final race of Round 4 at Road Atlanta saw Mark Peck start from reverse grid pole position and go on to win the race in dominant fashion. Peck led every lap of the race. Frank Pals finished in second place, 0.786 seconds behind the winner, while Shane Brauders rounded out the podium in third place, 1.389 seconds behind Peck.

David Ward, who started from tenth on the grid, made up ground to finish in fourth place, 3.094 seconds behind the winner. James Egan finished in fifth place, while Berker Sezen, Brian Hunter, and Tobias Kantert completed the rest of the top eight.

Alfie Nicholls, who started in ninth place, was unable to finish the race, while Lorenzo Oro and Chriss Lindenau also retired.

After four rounds of racing, the championship standings are taking shape. David Ward is currently leading the pack with 110 points, with Tobias Kantert not far behind in second place with 98 points. James Egan and Mark Peck are tied in third place with 89 points each, while Frank Pals is in fifth place with 81 points. The competition is tight, with several drivers closely trailing behind the top five. It will be interesting to see how the remaining rounds of the championship unfold and who will ultimately come out on top.
